Completing the questionnaire and seeing the preview is free. You pay only when unlocking the full report or the investor package.

Right of withdrawal

The report and deck are generated electronically immediately after payment. Under art. 15/1-(ğ) and (h) of the Distance Contracts Regulation there is therefore no right of withdrawal; you confirm this before payment with a separate checkbox. If payment was made but generation has not started (for example the questionnaire is incomplete), you may withdraw within 14 days for a full refund.

Defective service

If the report is not delivered, is generated corrupt or materially fails to match the described features, you may request re-generation, a price reduction or a refund under arts. 13-16 of Law No. 6502. This right cannot be waived.

Voluntary satisfaction policy

Beyond our legal obligations: within 48 hours of payment, provided you have not downloaded the PPTX deck, we review reasoned refund requests and refund justified ones in full.

Refund process

Send requests to destek@fizibi.co; we respond within 3 business days. Accepted refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days with a credit note (e-Arşiv).

Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees (within the annual monetary limit) and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
