Editorial Policy

The Guides section is written by the FIZIBI editorial team. This page explains where the numbers in those guides come from, how they are kept current, and what they do not cover.

Where the numbers come from

Cost, wage and ratio ranges in the guides are compiled from three sources:

• Public sources. Minimum wage and employer social security rates, VAT rates, withholding tax, the CPI figure governing rent increases and licence fees are taken from the current values published by the relevant authorities.
• Market observation. Equipment, fit-out, furniture and ingredient prices are ranges compiled from supplier lists and listing data. They are given as bands, never as a single price.
• The FIZIBI finance engine. Derived measures such as break-even, payback, rent-to-revenue and prime cost use the same definitions as the formulas in the product's own calculation engine.

Figures in the guides are examples and ranges, not quotes. Your result changes once you enter your own lease offer and supplier prices.

How often it is updated

Every guide shows its last-updated date. When a value set by regulation changes — minimum wage, VAT, social security rates — the affected guides are reviewed and the date is refreshed. We do not move a date without a real edit behind it.

Use of AI

Guide text is written and edited by people. Inside the product, AI writes only the narrative of a report; every number in that narrative is checked against the deterministic engine's output, and any paragraph that does not match is discarded. See the AI Usage Notice for detail.

What this content is not

The guides are general information. They are not legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Company formation, tax obligations, employment law and licensing all vary by city, district and the specifics of your business. Consult your accountant, your lawyer and the relevant municipality before making a binding decision.

If you find something wrong, missing or out of date in a guide, write to destek@fizibi.co. We review the report, correct anything we can verify, and refresh that guide's update date.
