FIZIBI Partner Programme Terms

These terms govern the relationship between FIZIBI and anyone joining the FIZIBI Partner Programme (the "Partner"). Submitting the application form means accepting them. The Turkish text prevails in case of any discrepancy.

1. Joining

Applications are reviewed and answered within 3 business days. FIZIBI may decline an application without stating a reason. An approved Partner is issued a personal discount code and a referral link.

2. Discount and commission

• A buyer using the Partner's code gets 10% off the list price.
• The Partner earns 20% of the net (VAT-excluded) amount on every completed, non-refunded sale. On the AI Defender add-on the rate is 10%.
• Quoted rates are gross of VAT-excluded revenue. Where withholding tax applies to the Partner's document type, it is deducted from that gross amount; VAT is added to it.
• A discount code is valid on first report purchases only (Feasibility Report and Investor Package); it cannot be used on plan upgrades or on the AI Defender add-on. One code per order, no stacking with other campaigns, and one discounted order per customer for life.
• FIZIBI may change the rates prospectively. Changes are notified before they take effect and never alter commissions already earned.

3. Attribution

A customer is bound to a Partner on their first paid order. That binding lasts 180 days from the first attribution; upgrades and add-ons bought by the same customer inside that window also earn commission. A code typed at checkout takes precedence over a referral cookie carried in the browser.

4. Payment

• Commission becomes payable 30 days after the sale — the refund and chargeback window.
• Once the payable balance passes ₺1,000, it is transferred to the Partner's IBAN on the 10th of the following month. A balance below the threshold rolls over.
• Payments are made in Turkish Lira only, and only to an IBAN in the Partner's own name. Third-party IBANs are not accepted.
• Cash payment is made only to Partners who can issue an invoice or a self-employment receipt. Other Partners accrue a balance they may collect once registered, or spend as FIZIBI credit.

5. Refunds and set-off

If an order is refunded, the related commission is cancelled. Where it has already been paid or is ready to be paid, the amount is recorded as a negative entry and set off against the next payout. Money already transferred is never reclaimed.

6. Partner obligations

1. Disclosure. Under the Turkish Ministry of Trade's social media influencer guidance, commercial content must be marked `#işbirliği` or `#reklam`, or with an equivalent plain statement.
2. No brand-keyword bidding on "fizibi" or variants.
3. No coupon aggregators. The code may not be published on discount-code listing sites.
4. Accurate representation. FIZIBI reports are informational; they are not investment, accounting or legal advice, and may not be presented as a guarantee.
5. No self-referral. A Partner may not use their own code on their own purchase or on connected accounts.
6. Spam, misleading content, brand impersonation and automated traffic are prohibited.

7. Suspension and termination

FIZIBI may suspend a Partner where a breach is suspected. Suspension disables the code and freezes pending commissions immediately; no record is deleted. If the breach is not confirmed, the account and balance are restored. Either party may leave at any time; an approved balance is paid out on departure except in cases of fraud.

8. Personal data

Application details are processed only to assess the application and run the programme. Tax and IBAN details are collected only from approved Partners and only to make payment. See the Privacy Notice (KVKK) for detail. A Partner never sees the identity of the buyers attributed to them.

9. Changes

FIZIBI may update these terms. The current version is published on this page, and material changes are notified by e-mail.
